STEP 1
Initial Meeting
At our first appointment, we learn about your project, your vision, and your lifestyle. The project scope depends on what you need — flooring, trimwork, or even full renovation. We note your preferences and the type of flooring you are looking for; we can even select from samples at this meeting or defer that to a second meeting. If you have a specific product you are interested in, we incorporate that into the discussion. Finally, we take measurements. After this meeting, we follow up with an estimate for the project.
STEP 2
Design Appointment
Once you decide to move forward and we receive a deposit, we make a design appointment. This is the fun part! Concierge service is our trademark, so we bring the samples to you. Or, we can escort you to manufacturer showrooms to make your selections. We guide you through the selection process and provide our advice on what we believe will meet your requirements, look gorgeous, and last for years.
STEP 3
Ordering and Delivery
Once your selections are finalized, we order the materials and schedule delivery. We handle everything with the manufacturers of your selected materials. No effort or hassle on your end! Once we have a confirmed delivery window, we'll schedule the delivery and installation dates with you.
If the project is a larger renovation, we bring in certified additional trades, like plumbing and electrical, as needed. We also handle any necessary permits.
STEP 4
Installation
The most exciting day is here! It's installation time! Your space is about to be transformed. Our skilled, experienced installation team is respectful of your home or business. We work quickly, efficiently, and expertly to complete the install on time and with care and craftsmanship. Our goal is to exceed your wildest dreams.
STEP 5
Final Walkthrough
Our final step is a walkthrough with you to inspect the renovated space to ensure everything is perfection, educate you on how to care for your new flooring to maximize its beauty and lifespan, and complete our check out process as contracted. We warrantee our installation work for 1 year by and the flooring product itself carries the manufacturer warranty.
